Payment Policy
1. Accepted Payment Methods
This Payment Policy applies to orders placed through zorline.com. We accept major payment methods displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Available payment methods may vary depending on your device, billing region, payment provider availability, fraud review result, and checkout settings at the time of purchase.
2. Transaction Currency
All orders on our website are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Product prices, shipping fees, taxes, discounts, and order totals are displayed and charged in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout. If your card, bank account, wallet, or payment provider uses another currency, your provider may apply exchange rates, conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges according to its own terms.
3. Payment Security
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card number, CVV, complete wallet login details, or full PayPal account credentials on our website servers. To help protect payment security, our website and payment providers may use SSL/TLS encryption, secure checkout connections, tokenization, PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure, fraud detection tools, transaction monitoring, payment authentication, and 3D Secure where required.
4. Payment Authorization and Failed Payments
By placing an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the order total shown at checkout, including applicable product prices, shipping fees, taxes, and other charges displayed before confirmation. If a payment fails, is declined, is incomplete, or is flagged for review, the order may not be confirmed or processed until payment is successfully completed. Failed payments may be caused by insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, card restrictions, payment provider review, bank security rules, or technical issues.
5. Refunds and Original Payment Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once a refund is approved according to our Return & Refund Policy, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on Stripe, PayPal, your card issuer, bank, wallet provider, or local financial institution. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is caused by our confirmed error.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargeback Review
If you believe there is a payment error, unauthorized charge, duplicate charge, order issue, delivery issue, damaged item, or refund concern, please contact us through service@zorline.com before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. We will review the matter based on order records, payment confirmation, customer communication, shipping records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, product details, return requests, refund records, and applicable website policies. For Stripe, PayPal, bank, or card network reviews, we may submit relevant order and delivery evidence to support a fair dispute resolution.
